In 2003, Mira Subbotina, a graduate of Moscow State University (Moscow) and the firm’s managing partner, founded the legal company Professional Legal Consulting (PP Consulting), which quickly gained recognition and success. Over the last two decades, the company has undergone several transformations.
In 2022, Mira moved to the Costa del Sol and decided to establish a new law firm in Marbella. The needs of our clients, particularly concerning the efficient management of their funds and other assets, led us to expand our range of services at M&S Consulting. Thus, financial consulting became another key area of our business. The Costa del Sol offers significant opportunities for investors, especially in real estate. Therefore, another important area of focus for our company is providing strategic advice for real estate investments under the most favorable conditions. We invest our own funds and attract investments from clients, identify the most promising investment opportunities, and develop strategies for effective capital deployment.
