Mira Subbotina, the managing partner and director, has been with the company since its inception in 2003. She graduated from Moscow State University in 1999 with a PhD in Law. Her main areas of expertise include civil law, business law, and constitutional law. With 25 years of legal experience, she is also a mother of three, passionate about golf and interior design, and enjoys reading classical literature.
